Jess has joined the group classes after coming in very raw. You could say she is a beginner. Jess completed the On Ramp curriculum just a couple short weeks ago and this morning completed the most rounds of ‘GutCheck’ of any CFP athlete. The task at hand, 25 minutes of Metabolic Conditioning (cardio) will be easy if done at a leisurely pace. When the whips are cracking and you are going at 100% the result of rosy cheeks tell you that this young lady will be burning fat for the rest of the day. Nothing better that finishing a MetCon and accomplishing a challenging task.
Well done Jess, you are moving along very fast !

Jim was in the same On Ramp as Jess that finished just 2 weeks ago. He killed the WOD with 14 rounds then casuallly jumped onto the bar ,banged out his first kipand said ‘hey that was legit, wasn’t it? Farrrkkkin Oath it was mate!
