Getting Started

On Ramp 3 which dropped a collective 64 pounds in 30 days
At CrossFit Performance we offer one-on-one private, small, and large group training. Our group classes have skill level requirements to ensure that you get the most out of your training with us in addition to safety. All newcomers are required to take either private training sessions or our ‘On Ramp’ class prior to joining our group classes.
Private Training
Depending upon your personal goals and your current level of fitness, you along with one of our trainers may decide that one-on-one private training is in your best interest or as a temporary prerequisite to group classes. Many clients who choose private training prior to group classes usually require 8-12 sessions. In a one-on-one private setting your trainer will tailor workouts specifically for your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace that is suitable for you.
Clients who choose and experience great success with private training versus group training, usually have needs or goals that include:
- Weight loss and improved body composition
- New to exercise
- Have specific performance oriented goals, i.e. triathlon, football, soccer, rugby,basketball, etc. (see Sport Team Conditioning’ for further information)
- Have significant health or orthopedic issues
- Referred to us by a physician, physical therapist, or chiropractor
- Have been sedentary
On Ramp Class
Our ‘On Ramp’ class meets 3 days per week for 4 weeks. It is designed for anyone who would like to join one of our group classes. Whether you have been sedentary, generally active, or an elite athlete, our ‘On Ramp’ class is tailored to prepare you for technical proficiency that is a prerequisite for our CrossFit group classes. During this time you along with other beginners, will be introduced to our movement curriculum in a group setting. Movement techniques will be taught and learned along with progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes.

Group Classes
- Elements group classes Following your private training series or our On Ramp class, Elements is where you continue to develop your foundation of strength and general fitness, ultimately working towards mastering the skills to gain entry to our Level 1 group class.
- Level 1 and Level 2 group classes is where your training enters the realm of sport and the competition begins. Classes are intense, challenging, and move quickly. They are not for the faint of heart! These classes are invitation only and require testing/prerequisites to gain admission.Please see our Level 1 and 2 standards for more information.
- THE CLASSES AT PRESENT ARE MIXED BUT, AS WE GROW LARGER THERE WILL BE DEFINITIVE SKILL LEVEL CLASSES . WE SCALE LOADS NOT WORKOUTS , FIREBREATHERS TRAIN ALONGSIDE ,MUMS,COLLEGE STUDENTS,LAYWERS ,RECEPTIONISTS AND ANYONE AND EVERYONE IN BETWEEN.
- THE ONLY LIMITATION TO WHAT YOU CAN BECOME….IS YOU!
