AWESOME THIS MORNING - THATS WHAT IT WAS - 100% PURE AWESOMENESS!
Finished 13.03 - Love the format Ryan used and will copy it -

What I did well -
-LONG WARM UP THANKS TO BK - WAS HUGE
-Nice pace on the first run, concentrate on breathing and YOUR OWN PACE - we had rabbits in my heat (James and Jeff) and it took a lot of will to not chase.
-Approached the bar and went for 15 unbroken and got 12. then sets of 5 then singles - Although my plan was off from the start - I didnt waiver. Didnt focus on anyone else- just me.
-2nd run was a build. Legs feel very wobbly since i used them in getting the bar up and over. Moving them fast out of the gate was the key to getting comfortable faster.
-Concentrate on breathe control.

What I didnt do well -
-Got in my own kitchen on the snatch and as a result technique fell apart fast. My inefficiencies were glaring halfway through and that was simply lost focus. I was trying to get through and not staying in the moment on each one.
-No breathing control on my snatches and as a result I got winded fast.
-Should have built the run at the start - I had too much time to make up on the lift which is my stronger part and I got a bit rattled.

You guys rock it this weekend - Looking forward to seeing how its done!
