B.E.N. is the holistic school of fitness.  We leave no stone unturned in helping you become the very best you can be.  The pursuit of improved performance drives everything we do and everything we will recommend for you.  Our workouts are all about constantly varied, functional movements, performed with intensity: cardio-respiratory endurance, strength training, gymnastics, Olympic weight lifting, sprinting, kettle bells, rowing, etc.  You will learn something new about fitness and about your own potential at every session.  But you can’t out train poor nutrition, and we won’t!

Our motto is:  “Eat clean (feel great) and stay lean (look great).”  If you want to feel better, look better and perform better, you need to look at your nutrition.  We will give you all the guidance you need to optimize your health.  This is not about going on a fad diet or winning a weight-loss competition.  This is about maximizing your energy and your performance by getting as healthy as possible.  The result is you at your full potential –happy, healthy and strong!
